Excellent Hotel, but Management Staff Needs Serious Improvement I stayed at Khalida hotel in Dubai and was truly impressed by the facilities, cleanliness, and overall service — everything was of high quality, as expected from such a property. However, I feel it’s important to share my serious concerns regarding the hotel’s management team. As a professional in the hotel business myself, I observed that the managers and his direct staff are not acting professionally. Whenever issues arise, the manager is often nowhere to be found unavailable, while problems are left to regular staff members who are not empowered to make decisions or provide real solutions. This creates frustration for guests and damages the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. It is my professional advice to the property owner or landlord to consider replacing the current managerial staff with experienced, guest-focused leaders who understand hospitality and are present when it matters most. This hotel has great potential — but with a more competent and responsible management team, it could truly be world-class.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were always made very welcome And well looked after. Laxmi was an amazing host, She would always make the time to come and greet us at breakfast and check that we were happy and comfortable. She was always happy to help with any questions we had or to give us directions to any sites that we wanted to visit. There was a variety of choices of breakfast that Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed and complimented. There was always a wide variety and dishes from many backgrounds and countries. All of the breakfast choices were very delicious, healthy and nutritious. The hotel was always in Immaculate condition our room was always clean and tidy. Every time we came back from our outings room was spotless. We had a very Beautiful room as we were kindly upgraded to a large family room. I would definitely like to come back again to this hotel with my entire family next time can’t thank you enough for making us stay so enjoyable.

The facility was super clean, and the housekeeping did an amazing job. I stayed there for 5 days with my family, and the best part of the morning was meeting the amazing restaurant staff and having breakfast. Laxmi and Nitin from the restaurant management are well acquainted with hospitality, and made our mornings pleasant. The best part was how they celebrated the birthday of my child during our stay there. Housekeeping manager decorated the room as well for the special occasion. Their dinner buffet next to the pool was also worth a dinner at the hotel. Bell-boys and Valet employees were also extremely helpful and efficient. Could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Totally recommended.

The staff are amazing .especially the dayshift front desk ladies they always called to check on us to find out if everything was OK. Adeline reservation lady was amazing .our first day was alittle bit chaos and confusing but adeline stepped in and made sure everything was OK and we started off our first night great .the concierge guys always helping and asking if we needed any help or a tax. Our last day headed to the airport was smooth they made sure we got taxi in time not to kiss our flight. The rooms are super clean and everything is organized .we will use them again next time.we visit dubai Thank you to all who made our stay great

Requested additional sheet for sofa bed and it was granted I had trouble using the kitchen electric plate for cooking at dawn and called receptionist and immediately an engineer was dispatched. It was wonderful the quick response at that hour of the night. The complementary treat was wonderful as we did not expect it and were thinking it would be paid for but upon calling the reception we were told to enjoy it so my daughter was very delighted.
